About the Role
We are hiring a Concierge Specialist with solid, proven experience in the travel industry to manage premium arrangements for our clients and management. From airline tickets and hotels to lounges, greeters, and private aviation, you will handle every detail with speed, precision, and complete discretion. This is a role for someone who knows the travel world inside out and delivers a five-star standard of service every time.
What You'll Own
Book airline tickets, hotels, lounges, greeter services, and ground transportation
Arrange private aviation when required
Build complete, detailed itineraries covering every component of a trip
Manage changes, cancellations, and rebookings quickly and efficiently
Research and secure premium options that meet the highest standards of comfort and service
Coordinate visas, travel documentation, and entry requirements where needed
Remain responsive and available for urgent and time-sensitive requests
Maintain organized records of bookings, confirmations, and preferences
Handle all client information with strict confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For
Solid, proven experience in the travel industry (concierge, luxury travel, corporate travel, or similar background)
Deep familiarity with premium travel services: airlines, hotels, lounges, greeters, and private aviation
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
Absolute discretion and professionalism in handling confidential matters
Excellent communication and a service-first mindset
Responsive, organized, and calm under pressure
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
