Content Project Manager

About the Role

We're looking for a Content Project Manager to lead a high-profile content creator program for an international client in the trading and finance industry. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the entire project from strategy to execution, working with content creators, videographers, and coordinating directly with the client.

You'll be responsible for building and growing a media hub focused on business, finance, entrepreneurship, and trading content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full content production cycle: planning, scripting, shooting, editing, posting, and performance tracking

  • Coordinate with content creators, interns, videographers, and editors

  • Communicate directly with the client to align on content strategy, approvals, and reporting

  • Review and approve scripts to ensure quality, brand alignment, and compliance

  • Oversee the content calendar and posting schedule (approximately 30 videos per month)

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns (awareness, engagement, lead generation)

  • Set up and manage ManyChat automation for lead capture

  • Attend video shoots in Lebanon (1-2 times per month)

  • Deliver monthly performance reports to the client

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 2+ years of experience in content management, social media management, or digital marketing

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

  • Based in Lebanon with ability to attend shoots in person

  • Understanding of trading, finance, or investment topics

  • Experience with paid social media advertising (Meta Ads)

  • Familiarity with ManyChat or similar automation tools

  • Experience working with content creators or influencers
