We recently launched OBCIDO France, our first international franchise, and are actively expanding our global franchise network. This is a company in motion, and we are looking for the right person to lead it.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Managing Director to take full ownership of OBCIDO's operations and lead the company's next phase of growth. This is a senior leadership role with real authority — you will be the person who runs this company day to day.
What You'll Own
Day-to-day leadership of the OBCIDO team across all service lines
Client relationships at the senior level — acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
Revenue targets and commercial performance
Operational systems, delivery quality, and team accountability
Franchise partner relationships and support
External representation of the brand — proposals, partnerships, and key client meetings
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, agency management, or consulting
Proven track record of leading teams and owning client relationships at a senior level
Strong commercial instincts — you understand how an agency makes money and how to grow it
Hands-on experience across at least two of our core services: paid media, web development, SEO, social media, or AI and consulting
Confident communicator — comfortable in front of clients, partners, and senior stakeholders
Entrepreneurial mindset — you take ownership, you don't wait to be managed
Fluent in Arabic and English; French or Spanish is a significant plus
