About the Role
We are hiring a Partnerships Manager to lead the global expansion of one of our brands. Your mission is to establish the brand in retail stores worldwide and build high-impact collaborations with celebrities, influencers, and cultural figures. You will identify opportunities, open doors, negotiate deals, and manage the relationships that put this brand on shelves and in the spotlight globally. Travel will be required.
What You'll Own
Establish the brand in retail stores and distribution channels across global markets
Identify, approach, and secure collaborations with celebrities, influencers, and public figures
Negotiate partnership, distribution, and collaboration agreements
Build and manage long-term relationships with retail partners, agents, and talent representatives
Represent the brand in meetings, events, and industry engagements worldwide
Coordinate with internal teams to activate partnerships and deliver on agreements
Track partnership performance and report on outcomes
Travel to meet partners and attend events as required
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in partnerships, brand expansion, retail distribution, or talent collaborations
A strong network in retail, entertainment, or influencer circles is a significant plus
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with high autonomy
Willingness to travel as required
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
